Green Energy Experts maintains an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing facility. We enforce a zero-defect policy by running cells through five key quality evaluation gates:
- 1. Automatic Cell Sorting & Grading: We check cell capacities, open-circuit voltage (OCV), and internal resistance (IR) using automated machinery. Only cells matching tight margins are used in assembly.
- 2. BMS Thermal & Electrical Calibration: Every BMS board undergoes static and dynamic load profiling to ensure short-circuit and overtemperature sensors trigger instantly under alarm conditions.
- 3. Laser Terminal Welding: Automated laser welders join cell busbars to prevent mechanical vibrations from weakening bonds during field operations.
- 4. Complete Charge-Discharge Testing: Completed packs run through full charge-discharge cycles at our aging stations to map actual thermal profiles and battery capacity delivery.
